Leland Point Unit #19 is in Building 5. The fifth building on the right as one enters the complex. This unit is on the south side of the building. A cobblestone walkway, from the private 2 car driveway leads to the private front door. The entrance foyer has Kronos Nuez Tile and #915 Light Smoke colored paint. A full bathroom with a shower stall and pedestal sink with the same tile floor and paint choice is on the left  The storage room is off to the left and houses the 100 amp electric panel, hot water tank, and hooks up for a washer and dryer. The flooring is commercial grade carpet which is more durable for high traffic areas.

There is a first floor bedroom with two double closets. Additional closet space utilizes the space under the stairway. Having a full bathroom on this floor insures privacy for use as a guest or in law suite.

Up the hardwood floor stairs is the remainder of the 1614 sq ft living space.  The kitchen features Maple Cabinets with a Sedona color stain.  This color is the darkest of the three color choices.  The countertops are Tan Brown Granite.  The kitchen comes with a GE stainless steel dishwasher and microwave as well as a garbage disposal.  The great room off to the right allows plenty of space for a dining room as well as a living room.  The kitchen, dining area and living room all have hardwood floors. Access to the backyard is off the kitchen and a private cobblestone patio is conveniently located here and makes grilling easy. There is a privacy fence that divides the backyard space for each unit.

There is a second bedroom on the second floor as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk in closet as well as a private entrance into the second full bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hallway.  This bathroom has a vanity with a Black and White granite countertop and Corts Blanco Tile as well as a bathtub and shower unit.

 The door hardware and fixtures in the unit are satin nickel.  There is crown molding in select areas of the condo.  All the windows are Silverlin by Anderson and include tilt sash and full screens. The connecting wall for the 2 units is insulated with sound proof batting. Both sides have ½ inch sound board and then a layer of 5/8 sheet rock which extends from the slab in the basement to the peak in the roof. Each unit also has central air.  The heat is fueled by gas and is a forced air system. The roof is 25 year shingles by GAF.

The condo fee is $ 93.00 per month. This includes insurance, grounds maintenance, exterior maintenance, trash pickup, water fee for sprinkler system, plowing and a 12 % for the reserve.
